About Us
Tammy Beyerle, Broker/Owner, CRS
As a licensed Broker in the state of Colorado and owner of Spirit Horse Real Estate, I am eager to help Buyers and Sellers throughout the Denver Metro and Foothills communities. I hold the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I am an active member of the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Primarily, I’m a “For Sale Broker” helping both buyers and sellers. Many clients have also enlisted my help in finding reliable renters for their investment properties. Formerly Managing Broker and Owner of Castles and Condos Realty, LLC and Denver Realty Services, Inc., my real estate expertise was used to develop top-notch marketing teams to sell Waterside Lofts Development, a $34 million dollar new-construction community in the heart of LoDo, as well as marketing of Palace Lofts, Rail Yard Lofts, and Mountain Gate Condos. Over the last 28 years, my real estate endeavors span working for large national brokerages such as ReMax and Keller Williams to running my own small boutique firms. As real estate has changed, I have rolled with the flow, and have personal expertise in working within the changing market. I am also experienced new development marketing and consultation.
I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys trail riding and competing on my rescue horses, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, rafting…really any activity that keeps me active in the fresh air. I completed the final climb of my last Colorado 14teener in 2013….23 years after my first ascent climbing Wilson Peak. My philanthropic spirit drives me, and I have volunteered for many organizations such as Promise Ranch (therapeutic riding center), Harmony Equine Center (abandoned and abused horses), Max Funds (a local no-kill small animal shelter), Big Brothers and Sisters (mentoring program for kids) and a host of other non-profit groups. Every day I am inspired by living in beautiful Indian Hills, Colorado and enjoying my days off with my two thoroughbred horses, Proud and Clover. I am eager to help navigate you through a stress free real estate transaction so that you can find your own Colorado inspiration.
